And today Katelyn is 17 weeks old...
Click on the image for some fun pics of what we did today.

This month has been another amazing month with our beautiful daughter. She is now about 15.5 pounds and 27 inches long. During this past month she has been doing many things....she tries to sit up all the time (mini-ab crunches!), coos CONSTANTLY, is losing most of her hair, giggles like a real little girl, finally has found how fun sucking her fingers can be (even though she still makes a funny face when she does it!), and the most interesting thing we think, is that she is showing a lot of emotions. Last month and the month before, it was either crying or smiling...now Katelyn shows happiness, contentment, unhappiness, anger (not our favorite), and love, exhaustion, hunger...she's just growing up I guess! She eats about 28 ounces a day now...seems to be trying to get on a 4-hour feeding schedule and is actually growing out of her 3-6 month clothes because she is so long! I now read to her everyday, and our favorite thing to do is to watch the amazement in her eyes when she sees something new. She is full of wonder and excitement at the world around her. What can I say?! If next month is going to be as amazing as this one, Will and I can't wait!

Does Katelyn look like mom or dad so far??? See for yourself!
