Kate & Zack

Zack is 10 months old! He is progressing so fast now, I really don't know where to start. Just a few days ago he started sitting up from lying down and now he's pulling up to stand and cruising along any and all of our furniture. He is pretty darn stable too! I am amazed at his strength. He can pull up on the ottoman in his room and hang on while it swings back and forth, and can make it steady as well! So walking might come easier to this guy than it did with Katelyn. He doesn't seem scared at all when he falls on his bottom, he cries cause he's mad that he's not standing anymore! LOL! He gets right back on up and is giggley all over again:) Kate on the other hand needed some loving when she went "BOOM;)" Zack is also eating table versions of what's in the jars now...peas, corn, cheerios, even some egg. He's just an eating fool!:) Happy and doing AWESOME with the reflux. We took away his night time doseage and it seems as though we can take away the daytime one as well soon.
His favorite song is "The Wheels on the Bus" and oh do we crack up when Katelyn busts in singing this song to make him stop crying. It never fails, she always saves the day with that tune:) She LOVES having "sleepovers" with him in his room and playing with him alone. They get along wonderfully and share their toys with eachother well (as long as Zack refrains from eating them that is).
So that's the deal...he's upright this month and she's enjoying him even more now:)

Zack is 11 months old! And boy is he an eating machine. He has decided he is PRO-big people food and not so thrilled with baby food anymore. I think I understand that considering he watches very carefully what his big sis eats and who can blame him?! It looks better for sure! So, despite the fact that he still only has 2 teeth, he is ready for big people food. So, he now gets pasta, chicken (in little pieces of course), and really just about anything that he can gum enough to swallow. His diet is much more fun now. With all of the crawling and cruising he is doing, he isn't gaining any weight just yet. On the health front, he has been having colds as we all have now that Kate has started school which isn't so fun... But he's developing beautifully. He is very coordinated and is doing great with shapes and and his ball blast. Fun month;) He is looking closer to walking everyday.		PUMPKIN PATCH 10-10-04
